Booger's real age is 41. Not 35, as is listed on the cbs website. According to his arrest papers, from 1996, when he was arrested for trying to take pics of the Batman movie (info found at the smokinggun.com), he was, at that time, 31. Well ten years have passed since then, so clearly, he's 41. Unless he has some slow down time device, or only has a bday every few years. Why would he even think he could remotely lie about his age? It's not that he looks young enough to pass for it. The man looks older than chicken george!

Damn, I so wanted that^ to be true. But he was 31 when the article was written in 2001, not when the crime took place. The plea paperwork shows his DOB as 7/16/70...he turns 36 on Sunday.
