Since they all were penalized, really none of them were penalized. I'm watching TAR3(Ep 3) right now btw. Beam me up Scotty!

So the rule about not paying a cab with your posessions has been in place a while, it's just that we haven't seen what the penalty is until now. I for one am glad they have these rules and penalties, it stops people from playing dirty and trying to cheat and keeps the race at least somewhat classy and family friendly. This is why it keeps winning those Emmy's. And don't forget its tendency to consistently hover around the Top 20.
