Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier. You'll need to add fruit/honey/nuts unless you buy it flavored with honey.

Dairy free is the only way to go. Although at some gourmet shoppes you can get it made from feral cow's milk, which is acceptable.

The Greek yogurt is almost like eating creme fraiche it's so thick and smooth. I like the Fage 2% with peach or strawberry. Add some almonds and you have a breakfast or lunch that lasts for hours. Chobani is a good blended Greek yogurt with 0% fat. |

I buy that Yoplait(sp?) yogurt for work.
When I go get frozen yogurt at one of those serve yourself yogurt places (where they weigh it for price), I get: Chocolate yogurt with strawberries. strawberry sauce and some kind of chocolate candy (m&m's, snow caps, chocolate chips). Maybe I should adventure out and try something else next time I go. |

Ick. My father drinks these Persian Yogurt drinks called Doogh. So gross. I know yogurt is good for you but I just can't. I don't understand how there
can be like an entire grocery aisle dedicated to it. It is even worse in England and Ireland.
