Thinking about this lately, with the Anoop whipping, getting played around.
So who in AI history has been continuously abused by the judges/producers?
List so far.
George Huff (S3), Jason Castro (S7), Anoop Desai (S8)

How was Kim Locke "abused" by the judges? She dated one of the producers' sons during the season... was that the kind of "screwed in the
ass" we are talking about here?
Those REALLY screwed would be, for example, Melissa McGhee, who had no break and in fact the show openly acted as if she had robbed Ayla Brown of her spot in the F12 and Lisa Li-how-you-spell-her-name who got tossed aside twice despite singing better than the likes of Matt Rogers and Leah LaBelle, with the second time being a cruel "You're in the Wild Card... no, you're not, ha ha!" twist. |

Carly. Fucking. Smithson.
And Syesha. |

The producers picking that awful Happy Feet song for Syesha to sing in the final 3 last year was one of the ultimate cases of getting screwed over.

This season, Simon has been relentlessly on Allison's case. I also think Simon and Randy never got Jason Castro. They were much too hard on Carly Smithson
also. Most hypocritical treatment of an AI contestant? Simon never supported Jennifer Hudson and now AI takes total credit for her success.

Jason Castro is the most grossly mistreated contestant in the history of the show.
But 'Noop Dawgs gotta be getting tired of the mind games. |

I totally agree on Melissa McGhee. She was not only gorgeous, but when she came out of nowhere to kill "What About Love", I thought that we finally
had a strong girl contender to beat Chris Daughtry. Whoops.

Carly and Archtard...? What am I missing? |

A lot of the third place finished I think really got the shaft like Kimberly Locke, Elliot Yamin, Syesha, Vonzell, etc. If you're not part of the chosen
Final 2, they'll do anything to prevent you from getting there.

I completely forgot about Vonzell! She amazed me, and yet the entire time I knew there was no way they'd let her beat out precious Carrie.
And Syesha! I loved her too! And kudos to the poster who called out the Happy Feet choice. That was so bogus. She brought her A-game throughout the entire top 12, and the only other person I could say that for is David Cook (in season 7). |

There have only been a few times when I thought that someone just couldn't get on the right side of the judges, no matter what they did.
-Jennifer Hudson- Simon was relentless in making fun of her, her weight, her clothes, etc. They had chosen LaToya as their black diva and Fantasia as their R&B one. -Syesha- The judges got this girl so worked up to the point that she cried when they responded well to her performances ("A Change Gonna Come"). I also can't think of a time when I disagreed more with the judges' comments than when she sang "Fever." That song confirmed that she had major theater potential and Simon/Paula tore her down afterward. -Anoop- The throwing under the bus after Caught Up, the trumped-up drama surrounding his comment last week, etc. It seems like just too much for him to fight. |

Most of these are crap.
Melissa McGhee never should have even made the semis. She was a nothing. She DID steal Ayla Brown's spot. Castro sucked monkey balls. If he got ONE WORD of praise all season (and he got way more than that), then he was way overpraised. Ditto Smithson. The only one on this list that was consistently screwed was Boomie. Week after week after week, they underplayed how good she was and overplayed how good others (LaToya) allegedly were. I will agree, though, that once it got down to final 3, Kimberley Locke and Syesha both got screwed. Simon even admitted in his book that he thought that Kimberley was better than Clay and Ruben that night, but he didn't dare tell the truth in his comments because that wouldn't play into their script. |

How the hell was Jason fucking Castro screwed over? He was always overpraised during the entire season, knowing full well that he sucked donkey balls. |

He sucked both donkey and monkey balls? No wonder he sounded so terrible. That anyone could think was screwed over is pretty funny. How was he screwed over? He
made it to 4th place. Did people think he really should have WON?
