In a chilling quote to the AP, Da Silva's defense attorney, Harland Braun said that some of Da Silva's accusers "don't understand the difference between being seduced and being raped."  that has to be the creepiest/most disgusting thing to ever say.

To be fair to the statement from the defense attorney, I think he means that the women had buyer's remorse, that their egos were so bruised from giving
themselves away so easily (to someone who probably thinks very little of them) that they think they must not have wanted it during the act. But the way he said
it is very creepy. I would not want him as my lawyer.

Just a couple of weeks to go! I hope this season is better than last... The dancers weren't that bad, but I thought a lot of the choreography was lackluster, and the judges were pretty obnoxious with their blatant favouritism (Twitch anyone?). Hope they have some more good ballroom dancers this year. Chelsie was great of course, but Susie was a really disappointing choice and Jamie should have lasted longer imo. |

Yeah, what was incredibly frustrating was that they showed a ton of good ballroom auditions.
Asuka and Janette Manrara both made it to the top 40, but yet they were both cut, which was lame. Give me Asuka and Janette for any of the interchangeable contemporary girls in season 4 (other than Katee) |

I know a kid who auditioned. He is mum about it now, so I am thinking he at least made it to Vegas. Would be one of the few reasons I would put up with Nigel
for another year.

Did you hear that Nigel confirmed that AI switches up who's in the bottom two/three whenever they want to, since they don't state that either one has less votes? Remember our huge fucking fight back in the S3 finale over whether Lacey was really fourth? Well, YEAH. |

I was shocked that he didn't make it last year, but he is obviously back. Anyone remember his name? He tried out 2 seasons ago, and was too young. Think he made top 40 last year. . They showed a Sabre look alike who 'is running out of time' with her Rheumatoid Arthritis. And a couple others in the commercial during American Idol. . Oh ya, and what was the name of Katee's room mate? I think she will be top 20 as well this year.

The Fox site has a clip that Nigel indicates that the winners of SYTYCD international series are going to be brought to season 5 to be judged! http://www.fox.com/fod/play.php?sh=dance&ep=1238701404080# During the recently concluded Australian SYTYCD, they had already announced that Talia, the winner from Aus SYTYCD, will be on the American show. And now I hope like hell NICO will be there as well to represent for Canada as he was our winner. They are both incredible dancers, would be great to see them compete against the best of the US.
