OK, I'm new here so I don't know if this has been discused. But any ideas about the Hanso Foundation and the man behind it? Do you think he will be
in S6?

Im of the opinion that Hanso was thought up in Season 1 and part of 2..and originally was designed to be the big baddie at work off the island...and then i
think when the writers/producers decided to go with Ben as the leader of Dharma, they decided to make Widmore be at odds with Ben...thus moving the whole Hanso
tease into the background ala Paik industries.
So i dont think they are going to explore it as much as they had planned, although i would have to believe the show us a bit of back story of Magnus, Alvar, and the Black Rock in season 6 just to tie everything together. I think thats why they focused on the Hanso stuff in the games and web experiences...just to give it props since they knew they would have time to do it justice during the actual series? |

I could see some more Hanso mentions this season b/c of the Dharma angle. The book gave some nice hints.

I think thats why they focused on the Hanso stuff in the games and web experiences...just to give it props since they knew they would have time to do it justice during the actual series? If you meant wouldn't, then that's pretty much my thoughts on them as well. I think it figured somewhat prominently in the online stuff one summer, but has there ever been anything other than a brief mention on the show? |

I meant "wouldnt" yea :P
But as far as i can tell, the only mention of Hanso's were briefly in the Dharma films and the two Hanso relatives in the Blast Door Map. Otherwise, they were mostly highlighted in online game? But yea, i guess since they are exploring the Dharma years, and soon closing the book on it...they should devote an episode or 2 explaining the people who funded it :P |

There was mention of a Hanso I believe when W-I-D-M-O-R-E was buying the Black Rock's ledger.
