How the fuck were they almost an hour ahead of the rest?
Hiring a taxi must have really helped them.
They probably rocked the unaired roadblock so much.

Considering how I like mel/mike and how I do not like mike/mark, I do have to admit they did provide some entertainment this leg. But I still </3 them. Had
they not cheated they might have come last again
midgets penalty HATE for not being long enough for them to become heather/eve 2.0 |

I really like Mark & Michael. Every time they're on screen, they're entertaining. Them getting a penalty was hilarious. I am glad it didn't
affect their placing too harshly.

intentional action should have drawn a greater penalty

i think that if the clue said specifically DONT MESS WITH THE PUMPS, than the penalty was fair. if not, it was bull shit. but i dont care, mark/mike are the
only team left i do not like, so it was all good for me.
but i dont get is why they didnt have to go back and do the detour again. i thought tasks right before the Pitstop where the ones teams had to redo. So maybe the unaired Roadblock(if there is one) happened inbetween Detour and pitstop? |

sorry, double post. |

The producers thought that a mere half hour for screwing with the detour wasn't enough, so they tacked on the following a taxi penalty- bullshit on its
face.

As implied by Victor and Tammy, the teams were not allowed to follow anybody for that task.

Tami and Victor read off the paper that they weren't allowed to have anyone guide them to through the task, that's why they had a map drawn.
Messing with the equipment in the task is no different than removing a race flag in a marked path. It gave the other teams a disadvantage. |

Mike & Mark said that they had to figure out the pumps, so I don't think the instructions said anything about inflating the tires. This was probably
like last week when they had all the baskets sitting around. They should've gotten a bigger penalty.

If the other teams ever find out about the pumps we are going to Dwarf tossing contest, over the side of a bridge! lol

Those idiots should have been given a 24 hr penalty. They obviously felt like they couldn't win the race unless they cheated. Didn't show much remorse
for it either.

I can't believe that Mark/Michael gets to stay in the race because of pure luck. They dissolved better teams because of bad taxis... (Christie/Jodi,
Mel/Mike)

I agree that cheating should not be tolerated. That would completely destroy the show. But at the same time, it's not as if they threw a clue box in a
river. The pumps were still out in the open, not hidden behind a bush.
I need to watch it again, but I don't think it made as big of a impact as the editing implied. When the teams left the loading area they showed close ups of flat tires, but later when you see them running the course, the tires I noticed looked fine. Either they weren't all flat as implied or they clued in the affected racers and let them correct it. Unless they did something like that before, 30 mins seems fair. |

It's unfair for the others if Mark and Michael got first without following some rules, without a penalty
Tammy/Victor, Margie/Luke LOVE! If Mark and Michael...followed it, It would be certain that they could have won first place.. |
