I saw Mick Fleetwood and Lindsey Buckingham at a party in Montecito once back in the 80's. They were in the back room scoring coke from our drug dealer.
They didn't talk to anyone at the party.. just came in, went in the back and then left again. It was still kinda exciting. |

My best celeb sighting was of Marlon Brando at a little hole in the wall Indian restaurant in London about 12 years ago. My mother and I were the only other
diners there besides him and his girlfriend (who was also his personal chef I believe).He was ginormous and after he left, I looked over and saw that his table
was covered with enough empty bowls and plates to feed a party of 15.

At the Las Vegas airport we stood next to Carrot Top on the tram. He looked like he was maybe wearing eyeliner.

i met Mr. Ned and Cookie (the cook) from BOZO SHOW at a laundro mat opening (serious) as a kid...
later i met Joan Rivers in Tinley Park, IL at her movie RABBIT TEST opening @ Brementowne mall...i left the movie early and LO AND BEHOLD-i was thrust in front of her to talk of the show.....paparazzi/media/flashes everywhere (was a big deal for suburb)....told her I loved it (sucked) and got her autograph.....i was 10 or 12-and she was way shorter than me then. |

Scottie Pippin (during the Bulls dynasty - he was having a fur coat altered at the salon where I was picking mine up from storage) Hansen (on a plane - they were in first class, I was in coach) Joan Cusack - she's a regular at Deleece in Chicago - which is right around the corner from where she lives. I sat next to her and her family at the bar once. |

random/obscure: tyne daly in a walgreens parking lot. it took a second to register. i thought she was a neighbor or someone i knew because she looks so

I was at a bachelorette party at the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar in Galveston (I know, swanky), and the Beach Boys stopped by after their concert. They were really
nice and took pictures with us.

Saw Bobby Knight a couple years ago in Vegas, walking through the lobby/casino of the Rio. He was all by himself and looked totally pissed off.
And if that isn't obscure enough... when I was a kid, I got my picture taken with Karl Wallenda (of the Flying Wallendas) at a theme park in Missouri. A year or so later, he plummeted to his gory death whilst walking on a tightrope between two skyscrapers.
