Danny was channeling Sarah Mather by way of Scott Savol. It's a sad commentary on this season to say that the designated winner has about as good a voice
as Scott Savol. I though the best moment of the song wasn't any singing, but the Tempations armcrossing thing he did with the background singers.

Didn't the woman from Faith Builders who posted at VFTW say that Danny had a habit of ignoring fellow musicians when they had suggestions to offer? Smokey
wrote, produced and arranged Get Ready for the Temptations--Danny wanted to sing that version, but Smokey advised him not to--if Smokey doesn't think Danny
should sing the song how he originally arranged, he should have listened.
