Why woulsd I want to imagine NIN doing a country song?
Well, since Johnny Cash covered a NIN song, turnabout is fair play/

Randy (J-dawg) is reminding me of lame old MTV VJ JJ Jackson . Old, bloated black dood who gives me douche chills with his tired phrases. One in the same.

One word to describe Adam's performance: torturous.
Fuck sake I thought it was never going to end. O_o |

Well I for one fucking loved it.

Johnny Cash would have loved that, lets not forget one of Cash's best albums was his last one he did with Trent Reznor.
But I actually really like that, then again I hated Lil so much Ejay Day could have come out squated and taken a dump and I would have enjoyed it better then Lil. |

Comparing him to NiN! WTF.
Trent Reznor has taken dumps more talented than Adam. |

Translating Randy Jackson: Johnny Cash song + NIN reference = Adam should have done Hurt. |

So the question is this: is he to be applauded for trying to do something distinct and creative with a genre he does not like, or should he be dunned for
being weird?
Well, Simon did say that this was not the show to be artistic. He was better than Sarver and Lil. He'll live. |

I really liked Adam tonight.
I hate how the judges gripe at Lil for not doing a song her way, then gripe at Adam for doing the song his way.

I loved his Jeff Buckley-ish take on "Ring of Fire", but can certainly see how polarizing a performance that was.

I don't like NIN's name being used on this show but I liked that performance.

I hate how the judges gripe at Lil for not doing a song her way, then gripe at Adam for doing to song his way. Wasn't it just one judge who didn't like what Adam did? That's hardly "the judges griping". |
