But I guess they are sort of winning me back. Well I still don't think they have a chance to win but they do bring a good spirit to the game and Dave is PLAYIN now! I like how they paid homage to the other racers and were respectful and kind to them. I think we're going to love their relationship with Charla and Mirna! How do they always choose the nicest teams to ally with? Dave screws over Rob? You go dude! Kick his ass!

Thanks you for being nice to Charla & Mirna by helping them out of the mud, then David Jr. carrying Charla's back pack at the airport, then Mary giving the clue to Charla. You are both genuine nice people who truly want to do nice for others until something happensto upset you and I am not talking about being passed on the road. That is petty. Getting passed on the road happens daily. I know you better than to think that you would get mad and hold a grudge against someone for just passing you on the road.(something else had to have happened that was cut out during the edit). You know and they know what really happened to your developing "friendship".....Go Team Kentucky!

Posts: 4417 (03/01/07 12:50 AM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	that's a very nice way to put all that kentuckygirl. i was thinking something else might be up with all that too. i mean, i love charla and mirna too, but i think in real life it might be way harder to get along with them. anyway, go david and mary! i still love y'all! and david's really shining in this season too as just a nice guy. i hated that idiot drew when he threw their backpacks out the plane compartment. that was just stupid. now kentuckygirl....you don't have to answer, but do you know something about this whole situation with mary/david and charla/mirna or are you just guessing? cause even if you can't say specifics, it'd be nice to know there was something else happening there, if it was edited out. ps - and i noticed after everything in that episode, running to the pit stop mary said "i love you" to david for whatever was about to happen. i thought that was really sweet.

Posts: 4417 (03/04/07 9:58 PM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	thanks for the info, kentuckygirl. i'm betting they're reading this too, but just in case please make sure they come and post here some when they're allowed! maybe prepare them that they might have to weather a few detractors who might sneak in this thread, but they seem tough and they definitely got some fans here! anyway, they had a good run. i just loved their last confessional, with mary laughing and saying she loved david. i knew they were a'goin cause of spoilers but it still made me sad. but i'm happy for them, it really seems this whole experience with tar has done a lot of good for them. congrats mary and david!
