Not really, I just don't get why it's on the list. Some people may say Jenna and Heidi taking off their clothes in hopes of peanut butter should be on the list, or Leslie leaving the temple. They were moves people may view as not being the brightest (for instance, Leslie's could've been seen as alienating people), but they had absolutely no impact on the game whatsoever. So we get a good laugh at Jamie's expense. I think there should be a difference between everyday stupidity and game stupidity. I'm not saying everything needs to be a "game move," but should have some impact on the game itself. For instance, I see Butch is on there. I would agree that his burning down the camp was stupid. While it could've (but didn't) have an impact on voting, it does hurt the ability of people to survive. Jamie's move was just a last-ditch effort to save herself. I don't see anything stupid about that. As others have said, you have to do everything you can to try and survive.

And, you say Jaime should've tried to work another angle. What should she have done? She wasn't going to convince them not to vote her out and selling out her tribe mates would have only put her 8th in an alliance.

You're not reading what I'm saying. It's not about her playing the idol. It's about her falsely believing that she had an idol. If she didn't really think it was an idol and she just tried to play it for the hell of it, that would be fine. But she clearly believed that she actually had an idol. And that's what's monumentally stupid.

As far working another angle, there's no question that it would have been difficult for her to save herself, but she would have likely put more effort into it if she didn't falsely believe that she had an idol.

Denise thinks having a mullet makes her sexy. That's monumentally stupid, so why isn't that on there? I just think that stupidity in the game should rank a hell of a lot higher than just something that appears stupid (with no bearing on anything whatsoever). And, like I said before, it's not like it was some random item, but a replica of the actual idol. Obviously, though, we disagree, and I'm tired of going around in circles.
