the earl weaver article was amazing. when i was like 10 my dad bought me this horrendous graphics game for the computer (it was on a floppy disk
 ) called
earl weaver baseball where randomly it would say that earl weaver is arguing the call. i had no idea who he was til the article though.
twisty ldog said suicide pool pick, not first round draft pick. im curious to see how he does since he was supposed to be a first rounder like desean. |

Pack are well on their way to another third place finish.
the earl weaver article was amazing. when i was like 10 my dad bought me this horrendous graphics game for the computer (it was on a floppy diskspeaking of which, my dad loved Weaver more than anyone in sports. If you insulted Earl, it was like you insulted someone in the family. I once told him that Weaver managed a team that choked in the '69 ws against the Mets and he proceeded to tear me a new one. Needless to say, I never made a disparaging remark about Weaver ever again. And yeah, I thought LDog was talking about ff. My bad. In regards to the suicide pool, I reckon the guy who won the pool the last two years would be the favorite to win. |
