He should've realized that his chances of beating Burton in the finals where fairly slim. (unless the editing seriously misled what the contestants thought about burton and jon respectively) Also, what the fuck happened in the episode where burton got voted off (before the merge and before he got voted back in)? Who's idea was it to throw the challenge? When did the idea of getting Burton of happen, and who engineered it? This is so unclear in the episode. Rupert and everyone in his alliance hated him, and seemed to blame most of their failure in the game on Jon rather then Burton. The ex-morgans seemed to hate Jon aswell (for examplehe was an ass when he came to loot their camp) Oh well what do I know, Fairplay might've been able to win, but I think he would've had a bigger chance vs someone like Lill.

I could see many jurors grudgingly giving it to Jon. They were using the good cop/bad cop strategy to perfection. Burton just blew it by bringing Jon on reward and leaving 3 women alone at camp together!

I think on balance that Sandra, Christa and Rupert would certainly have voted Jon...they had a love/hate thing with Jon and a hate/hate thing with Burton. Ryan - ??? In the commentary he talked about it: Jon: I was gonna tell them that you had a 12 day vacation Burton: It was 6 days. Jon: Oh, well I still would have said 12. Plus the fact that Burton was kind of his little bitch. I remember the episode where the women were asking Burton who was going next and he was like, "I don't know! I HAVEN'T TALKED TO JON!!!"

Sandra, Christa, Rupert, Lill, and Darrah all hated his guts. Maybe Christa would have voted for him, but I see the other four going to Burton. I would say he beats Lill, though. Everyone probably would have. If Christa made it to the end then Jon may have been able to beat her too. ETA: I think both Parvati and Cirie had the idea, but it was probably more so Cirie because we saw her scheming on exile and her gathering the group saying it was a "prime opportunity."

Ryno/Darrah/Jon vote for Burton. Tijuana is the flip vote and she probably votes Burton cause she only voted Lil because Sandra brought up that she voted everyone out of the game. If Burton doesn't bring that up, he probably gets Tijuana's vote.
