I'm thinking the one in trouble is Erinn for keeping company with Candace. I didn't notice, did she vote for Candace or for Sierra last night?

The alliance could be Brendan, Sierra, Taj and Debbie. Brendan's Angels. It would be even better if there was someone else from Jalapao, though, for a true cross-tribe alliance. I just don't know who Taj is close to on Jalapao since they sort of want her out.

I thought from looking at the preview clip last night that Taj is around the fire pit at Timbira, but it could also be a firepit at Exile, I suppose. So perhaps she mutinies or perhaps she just makes a cross-tribal alliance with Brendan and is supposed to find someone to join from her own tribe. One thing they didn't show was whether Brendan shared the fact that the exilee who gets the clue can mutiny. He showed her the clue, but maybe not the second piece of paper that discussed mutiny and that he didn't have to share the clue with her.

To cogitate on Exile a bit more: it's really putting some pressure on the person who gets the clue. If you don't share, the other person will likely get pissed off and if you do, you're giving away state secrets. But the potential for alliances with the other tribe is pretty interesting. I like this exile twist alot.

It would be more devious if the two on exile make some sort of pact, for post-merge or for manipulating future exile choices pre-merge,
then return to their original tribes to distribute disinformation and search for hidden immunity things.

I agree, birdlady, which is why I revised my first thought that she's at the Timbira firepit to the idea that they built a similar firepit at Exile. So here's another question, if she's at Exile, is she there with Brendan or someone else? I can imagine that whoever wins might choose the same person to go to exile from the other tribe to keep the HII knowledge in the hands of one person (although truthfully, I've never understood that rationale. what does it matter *who* on the other tribe has an HII if it's not in your hot little hands?) But from a strategic point of view, it doesn't make sense for Brendan or Taj to pick each other. People would be suspicious. HOWEVER, B. told his tribe that Taj is on the outs at Jalapao, so if someone else from Timbira got sent to Exile, maybe they would pick Taj under the assumption that they could get some information from her.

ETA: I agree, Trix, the confessional of her and the firepit are not at the same moment, and maybe not even at the same location.
