How much paste and pudge can be let through in a single night?! If it really is Danny and Michael, I'll be hella pissed! The two least fit, ethnically undiverse blandest male contestants, not only on last night's show, but amongst all to ever perform in the semi-finals. If FaFu, Chris Sligh and Fatt Rogers didn't exist, these two would easily take the title. |

What's with all the surprise and confusion here that Michael Sarver is getting votes? He's a big man from Texas that seems like a nice guy, works on
an oil rig, got married young and knocked up his wife a couple of time while still in his twenties. That gives him the southern and/or rural vote, the country
music vote (because Ohio where Brent if from is not really the south), the blue collar vote, the Weight Watchers vote and the pro-lifers vote (some would argue
these are all the same thing). That's a huge majority of American Idol voters.
Do you people forget that you live in a nation that elected George Bush twice? |

I forget the demographics for Michael is much better than Anoop. After all, who can relate to an Indian dude with a nice voice compared to the overall common overweight, blue collar, white, straight, southern, country music, young father, good ole boy. Why, he is Michael Everyman! Too bad Ricky and Brent did not realize that to get by this round, they needed a hard luck story or they could have given Michael a run for his money. Not Danny, though, he is American Idol gold, decent voice, seemingly humble, dead wife. He could win this if he sang country. |

Michael's going to make it in because everyone sucked ass, and he at least has a pleasant personality.
Gracin was different because he actively used his military service to advance himself in the competition as Bush was invading Iraq. |

I'm so annoyed by casual viewers. Or idiots, for that matters. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that 8 out of 12 (at min) really sucked ass
last night. I get to work today and these raving old women were telling me how much they liked 7 or 8 of them. WTF? I tried to explain how Michael is going to
get in and they weren't getting it. I don't understand people.
At any rate- I will be shocked if it isn't Danny, Michael and Alexis/Twatiana |

How will the wildcard round work? I think it'd be cool if each results show week, the judges each got one pick of a person to go to a wildcard round. This
would result in 12 people after the 3 semifinalist weeks. They could have a show with those 12, where the viewers vote 3 into the real top 12.

They just said on E! News that three of the people that don't make it tonight will go onto the wildcard. So I am guessing
three per round, a total of nine wildcards.
So I think it will go like this: Top Male-Danny Top Female-Alexis Next Highest-Tatiana Wildcards: Jackie, Anoop, Ann Marie/Michael The judges like Jackie, so I think she will for sure get a wildcard spot. Anoop is a judge favorite as well, so I think he'll get it, too. The last wildcard will be either Ann Marie or Michael. |

Ugh, I hate the bullshit for the wildcard round.
I'd rather they just kept it the way it is with the third highest vote getter getting an automatic spot in the wildcard from the first three rounds, then the judges picking people that were cut from the Top 50 and Hollywood weeks to come back. Stupid. |

I think only 2 people per week deserve wild card spots. Anoop and Tatiana are definitely two people we will see in Wildcard. Ricky/Jackie still have some hope.
