If Tyson is the next person booted, that leaves Brendan/JT as the two biggest challenge threats. Brendan tried to boot JT in last Thursday's episode. If
Brendan tries to boot JT again once Tyson is gone, that could explain Brendan's blindside. Taj/Stephen are not going to want to vote JT out yet with 8/9
people still in the game. That could explain how Brendan might get booted right after Tyson.

That does make sense.

Yeah, I also think that it'll be Tyson booted, followed by Brendan. I don't think an idol will be played either time.

I think Sierra is yelling at JT/Stephen/Taj and Taj is probably is just the only one to say anything back to Sierra.

Wow & here I read on another site that Brendan goes pretty damn far, but now you are saying he goes in a week or 2?
I wish there as solid proof when Brendan is gone, hope he makes Finals but doubt it. |

Where is everyone getting from that clip that Sierra is mad at them for blindsiding Brendan? I didn't at all, since it seems like she is talking to one
person & she does seem to say......"your a liar"......not your all liars, but that may be from something totally seperate than voting someone off
or blindsiding Brendan. I guess I don't get why so many have assumed that happens after Brendan is sent home, we know how Survior screw with the editing by
now.

Yeah, I also think that it'll be Tyson booted, followed by Brendan. I don't think an idol will be played either time. My thoughts also, because those are Stephen's best moves. You leave Brendan with the 3 Timbira girls, they are F4 (unless an idol is played). We have a Pearl Islands game dymanic - 3 vs 3 vs 2 + Erinn. Much like Drake 3 vs Morgan vs Outcasts & Fairplay I predict Stephen, like JFP, will alternate blindsides among the other factions. However, Timbira doesn't have the doofus edit they'd received if 6 were pagonged by 3. I'm predicting either (a) Coach and the 3 girls will suprisingly stick together at F7 or (b) Stephen will turn on JT just when Jollypal looks set to be F3. If Erinn turned on Timbira at F7, she'll be the best F2 partner going. Same with Sierra. There was snake imagery when Stephen and JT were together in the Recap. Jollypal aren't blindly loyal like Aitu 4. Stephen needs Erinn or Sierra's vote against Coach at F7, if he is to win that vote (barring idol usage). And if he can use them for that, why not use them against challenge and popularity threat JT also?

With that clip of Sierra yelling 'You're all liars', it doesn't necessarily have to be an angry Sierra starting the argument, but she could be
defending herself. If the exile alliance were to suddenly blindside Tyson, when they got back to camp, Coach would probably be upset and start up an argument,
and Sierra could just be pointing out that they're all liars too..
This is just a tricky season to speculate. |

I agree that Sierra in that clip seems to be saying "your such a liar" to one person so maybe it's Coach & he is pissed that Tyson was
booted & saying that Brendan & Sierra were behind it because they have this secret alliance & he tries to bring that out in the arguement &
Sierra covering says your such a liar?

this is from the latest Probst blog.
Coach, you may have defeated Brendan, but in my opinion you and the former Timbira tribe made a terrible decision tonight. Voting out Brendan made no sense at all. You should have taken out J.T. I think this is a little bit of hint that probst gives us, telling us that J.T. is going to blindside Coach in the end. and what about this I definitely think that Tyson should show up as a nemesis in the third episode of my new show, but he and Dragon Slayer eventually become friends. But what Coach doesn't know is that Tyson one day plans to slay him and steal the Dragon Slayer crown. Tyson helps JT to boot Coach? |

Here is the whole ep 9 blog:
Okay, truth test...you're starting to love Coach a little bit, right? If not, you are gonna hate this blog, because this blog is dedicated to Coach. I've hosted Survivor for 18 seasons, and up until now there has only been one person I thought might be worthy of their own show and that was Boston Rob. That is, up until now. I am seriously considering a show called The Dragon Slayer. It's about a guy who lives in a world that exists solely in his own mind, and thus is invisible to the outside world. While it is the year 2009, the Dragon Slayer dresses like he's just returned from one of those Renaissance fairs where he's just finished eating a turkey leg the size of a small dog. We'll simply follow his daily life, where every time he leaves his home offers the potential for a life changing, near-death, journey. Every episode concludes with his signature line: Coach: "Hence my name, the dragon slayer." Most shows suffer from running out of ideas. That will never happen on The Dragon Slayer, not with comments like this: Coach: "I want you guys to know there are three people in the world that know this story." Okay, that is a total lie. Coach told all of us producers this same story during casting and I've probably told three or four other people cause come on, it's a good story. They've told people, who've told other people, cause again, it really is a good story. I'd argue that after tonight's episode, seen in over a hundred countries, that Coach's story of being beaten by indigenous people in the Amazon will soon surpass Susan Boyle in popularity. Don't know who Susan Boyle is? Stop reading this blog and go to YouTube. Back to my new show, The Dragon Slayer. Another reason Coach deserves his own show is because he has principles. For instance, in one episode, National Geographic wants to come along with Coach as he kayaks down the Amazon, but he says no. Coach: "I'm doing this alone." That is a true Dragon Slayer. You do it not for the glory, but because it is there. Say no to Nat Geo, but a resounding YES to Survivor. The man knows his demographic. At this point in the pitch, I'm just gonna give you some topics for future episodes, snippets of dialogue you'll hear in the show: EPISODE 4: FLY ME TO THE MOON... FOR FREE
EPISODE 5 - THE SERMON
EPISODE 8 - YOU WON'T FIND IT (this will be our Emmy submission)
Okay, now if you tell me you do not appreciate the brilliance of that line and the man who uttered it, I challenge you and say you are a LIAR. Furthermore, I'll give 20-1 odds that tonight, (Friday) you'll be home alone with microwave popcorn and some ridiculous Jim Carrey movie. What a brilliant line. Maybe the single most brilliant line this season. That one sentence can literally get you out of any jam. "If you Google it, you won't find it, it's only (fill in the blank) verbally." Coach is a genius. The writing that comes out of Coach's mouth is so good that I am honestly intimidated. If Hollywood could write at this level consistently, there would be no need for anyone to ever strike because everybody would be working! Brendan: We're throwing underhand breaking tiles and none of us have ever done us before.
I throw my hands up. I cannot keep up. You get the idea. And yes, in case you're wondering, my lawyer has assured me that this blog constitutes ownership of the idea, the name of the show, and of Coach himself. Okay, okay a few other things: From what I can tell from my position as host, being on Exile Island with somebody is bad enough, being out there alone is miserable. An hour feels like a month. A bit of rain can get you so cold you truly believe you will freeze to death, never to awake again. Stephen was completely out of his element and over his head on Exile and to his credit, he hung in there and he did it. He made fire. Making fire is never as easy as you think it is. I'm impressed. Tyson - the dude is dangerous. A major physical threat. Also one of the best spontaneous lines of the night: Tyson: (Regarding voting out Sierra) "It probably won't win me her vote...(long pause) but it might win me everybody else's vote!" I love Tyson. He cracks me up. I definitely think that Tyson should show up as a nemesis in the third episode of my new show, but he and Dragon Slayer eventually become friends. But what Coach doesn't know is that Tyson one day plans to slay him and steal the Dragon Slayer crown. J.T.: "I'd come back with a damn 30-30 Winchester." Okay, look, I will admit that I am not a big gun enthusiast so it probably won't surprise anyone that J.T.'s comment about how he'd handle those damn Amazonian people who captured Coach made me more than a bit uncomfortable. I'm telling you, J.T. would make a great small town Sheriff. Okay, let's get to Tribal Council and the star of my new show, The Dragon Slayer. Coach: "Brendan's the dragon. I'm the Dragon Slayer." Brendan: "He's kinda like a snake - don't bother him and he won't bother you." Ah Brendan, such a good strategy. Unfortunately you bothered him and he bit you. In one of the biggest surprises of the season, Coach defeats Brendan. The Dragon Slayer slays the Dragon. Poor Brendan. Sitting on that idol... he never saw it coming. Blindside #4. That one hurt. Hated to see Brendan go as he seems like a guy you'd have a beer with. But as much as I like Brendan, I'll admit, if given the choice of keeping the dragon or the Dragon Slayer - you know my vote. Long live the Dragon Slayer!!! Please keep the Dragon Slayer all the way to the end. Please let him plead his case to the jury. Two last things:
Coach: "Who really was the chosen one? It's gonna be Coach Wade." Wait...What? Coach Wade? Coach Wade? What happened to my Dragon Slayer? Coach fell out of character. For one moment he remembered who he really was, "Coach Wade" and it totally blew the whole image thing. "Coach Wade" does NOT work. It doesn't ring and it doesn't conjure up cool images of things being "slayed" either. It actually makes me imagine an overweight, former athlete turned insurance salesman living in Tulsa. Nothing sexy about that. Nothing. Sorry, but I've been to Tulsa. That line should read: "Who really was the chosen one? The Dragon Slayer." And the last thing...and the best part of my new TV show, The Dragon Slayer, Coach has an Achilles heel, he'll cut his nose off to spite his face. Coach, you may have defeated Brendan, but in my opinion you and the former Timbira tribe made a terrible decision tonight. Voting out Brendan made no sense at all. You should have taken out J.T. Okay, it's late. I'm done. |

Probst is such a complete moron. Absolutely no words for any female constestants--which is par for the course. He is so in love with his own gigantic
enormously inflated ego--no wonder he adores Coach. I was cringing watching Episode 8 every time Coach opened his mouth, and I feel the same skin-tingling
cringes when I read Probst's blog.

Probst has lost all credibility with me. The man has gotten so ingrained in what Coach is about and who he is that it leads me to believe that there is some
psychological transference going on. Perhaps Coach represents everything Jeff wishes he could be. Newsflash, Jeff. Coach is not endearing to good number of the
fans. You keep saying he is likeable, but each week his stories and antics do nothing but affirm what an egotistic, clueless, self-absorbed, chauvinistic tool
he is. Let the fans like who they like, damnit.
Okay rant over. Two things stood out, Probst mentioned blindside #4...I'm assuming the other three would be Sandy, Spencer, Sydney and now Brendan. If the blindsides continue someone other than Sierra will be going home next week. Also he mentioned that getting rid of Brendan makes no sense, that he should've taken out J.T. True, because I think this is the set up for when J.T. rallies in Erinn to join him/Stephen/Taj to create a powerful four-some alliance. |

Listening to the ravings of a delusional lunitic isn't fun or entertaining. He's no hero, nothing special at all. He's not growing on me. I'm
not warming up to his 'character'. He's a poser, a wannabe. The military chopper story was the last straw for me. I'd sit home on a Friday with
popcorn if only to watch someone REAL from the community he desperately wants to be a part of play slay-the-dragon with the waste of oxygen. These idiots all
deserve what they get. Brendan shouldve grabbed a set and called him out on his make-believe storyland. What's the appeal? Seriously? The host writes an
entire blog about him? CBS has mainly Coach videos? Those who can; do. Those who can't; coach... And pretend.
