We could have gotten some enjoyment from watching these dipshits get blisters rubbing two sticks together, trying to figure out how glasses can be used, or suffering because they can't sanitize their drinking water. But no... they get flint, which nullifies any advantage the winning tribe was given for their superior efforts. Fucking EPMB!

Except the winning tribe gets to keep all eight members. Plus, they had fire for at least a few hours before Jalapao did. Anyway, I like keeping the tribes on even footing. The closer the producers can make the challenges, the better, and ensuring both tribes are sufficiently hydrated for each show-down helps create those suspenseful competitions.

There are Insider clips of them just dunking their canteens in the river.
