I'm sorry, but between the shot of her diving into the water (Merhag <3), to her absolutely fabulous intro, you just know Debbie owned those credits.

Random alligator(?) chomping on some fish <3 <3 <3 Well this intro is waaaay better than Gabon where most of them were just smiling/standing/walking. On the other hand, so many extreme close-up shots of their faces. AAaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! And I don't like the fact that some of their names are off the screen. WTF is up with that? |

Yeah, I thought something was screwed with my TV at first, lol. Tyson's intro shot is pretty good (reminds me of Clemence's from Koh Lanta 5 [aka
Survivor France 5]). Erinn's shot reminds me of Jacquie, Sierra's of Michelle Chase (sorta), Stephen's seems familiar too, but don't know who
it reminds me of yet. Also, am I the only one thinking that look on Coach's face in his first intro shot (where he throws the um...palm fron[?]) was a bit
weird?

Yeah, I think that's the obvious guess, but I meant the sort of transition from the bird getting the fish to his first shot reminded me of Clemence. |

I don't think the show being widescreen is the problem, since I distinctly remember it not doing that in Gabon, at least by episode 4, so if it did do it
in gabon, then it was just episode 1/2, or maybe 3 (like, my TV supports widescreen, so....).

so they kind of overdid the animal to person imagery, bird flying then merhag with her hands out like wings, bird going into water then tyson in water, candace
close up of her eyes then the same shot of an owls eyes, jaguar - jt, crocodile - jerry, etc etc etc
and no i do not think this means anything significant i just think they clearly did it on purpose |
