Demetri's always good for a few chuckles, and that's pretty much what the show is. I dunno why he needs theme shows since his drawing bits were just
random observations. That's his strong point and if he can come up with a few minutes of that every week then it's a show worth keeping around.

this was HORRIBLEAmen. What a suckfest. I got exactly two chuckles from two shows. "Polka dots, side view" was clever. I forgot the other thing that was moderately funny, so it couldn't have been very good to begin with. This will be off the air as soon as they run out of episodes already in the can. His stand up is OK and his Daily Show segments were good, but this is just too much Demetri. |

We're a week behind so I've only seen the one ep but I adore Demetri. His DVD and his CD are both amazing and I enjoyed this show a lot.

My friend BEGGED me to watch this show and I didn't find it funny at all. What the fuck was the last bit? How is playing a few instruments while flipping paper with words on it remotely funny?

Yea, Demetri's stand up specials were great, but this show is a bad idea as it's just not funny anymore. I don't get why comedians think they are funny enough and have enough material to have their own show. It rarely works out in the end.
