I think that in order to cut the power to all the island, the person would need to be familiar with it, and not one of the people that just showed up for the wedding.

Any of the dock people can be the killer. JD was running (maybe to a boat). Only Sully was shown pounding on the window. Cal, Chloe, and Beth all had a chance to kill JD.

But Sully & co. knew there were guns, and clearly asked about them (since she says "I don't know if this is the best idea."). She couldn't say No at that point. And besides, if she's a devious killer, she's already thinking of ways for them to use guns against themselves. Or more likely, it's Henry. But at this point, unless the editing is incredibly poor, it can only be Henry or Maggie based on alibis throughout the series.

Crap - totally forgot. Thanks! So ruling out Shane as well. There aren't too many people to consider if the timing of scene (people looking for an escape boat = same time as deputy biting the dust?) is relevant.

My guess is the boot list will be Episode 9 - Maggie found dead (no kill filmed like Kelly), Shane and Mrs. Wellington Episode 10 - Danny and Beth Episode 11 - Sully Episode 12 - Cal/Chloe Episode 13 - Jimmy/Henry and The killer.
