I'm glad we've established these facts. Spoiler [+] Ridicule if you must but when I first saw the gardener with his back turned to Abby, I thought that it was Booth. The physique and dark hair looked like Booth from the back. I went on Wikipedia and the gardener is listed as a character but as of now the actor who plays him is given as N/A. Maybe the disguise is ridiculous but this show plays more like a parody of a slasher film. Why would they even have the gardener wear glasses unless they want some viewers to think that it is Booth. Not everyone can wear contact lenses. I, personally, have vision conditions where I must wear spectacles and I can't wear contact lenses. It's not like I want Booth to be alive but the show gives us indications to doubt that he is dead (eg. Malcolm wakes up in ep. 5 and is surprised to find mud on the floor, dirty clothes on top of Booth's bed and the shower running.) Also with both Malcolm and the money burned to ashes, the entire 'Booth dies/Malcolm buries him and takes the money' story arc has been left dangling without any resolution. Only Malcolm knows where Booth is buried. Even if Sully and Danny stumble upon where Booth is buried and dig up the body, it would be anti-climactic. There has to be some kind of payoff to this story arc otherwise it was completely pointless. Spoiler [+] Don't you think Malcolm would recognize that it was Joel? Besides look at this side-by-side comparison. Definitely not the same guy. Try again. Spoiler [+] Honestly, Is the picture on the left supposed to be the actor that plays Booth? If I had just seen that photo all by itself, I would have never made the connection. He seems to be too good looking to be Booth. Also, the gardener is wearing goggles over his glasses which cover up his glasses frames, eyes, lashes and top part of the nose which makes it more difficult to see his facial features. Any way, in the encounter with Abby, which was the first time that we saw the gardener, you only see the back side of him and I made the connection based on the dark hair and frames and the physique. Spoiler [+] In his web chat, the actor that played Booth promised that we would see Booth again. Now that Malcolm is dead, it is not likely that we will see Booth's dead body because no one other than Malcolm would know where Booth was buried. It would be a find a needle in a haystack task. So we either see Booth again in flashbacks or Booth is still alive. The whole plot line leads to Henry being the killer and Abby surviving. If Henry is responsible for the murders then someone else is doing them for him. Richard was killed after dark and it was also after dark when Henry and Abby dug up Wakefield's coffin and found the skeleton. If Henry wanted to kill Richard himself, he wouldn't have gone off with Abby to dig up Wakefield's coffin when he would have no idea how long it would take to do that. It makes more sense that someone would commit the murders on Henry's behalf. Too many people would notice that Henry was away from the Inn.

The show promised one death every episode. Booth was the only death that episode. When the actor said you'd see Booth again he meant as a dead body strung up somewhere during the final girl chase scene. . . you fuckers act like you've never seen a Friday the 13th or a horror movie ever.

Then when Henry called the number he had for JD (really UM's number), it wouldn't ring. Yet when the sheriff used the cell to call Henry, of course it would show the caller as Uncle Marty. Something that bugged me when Abby was hiding in the bushes while Wakefield was dragging one of his victims -- This guy is chopping away at the victim but Jimmy just drives in, nonchallantly jumps out of his truck, speaks to the guy, then drives away??? I got the feeling that Jimmy knew Wakefield. I really don't think it's Henry as it points too much in his direction. Jimmy has now been shown "saving" Abby so maybe he is the killer. (Was the killer wearing fisherman gloves - the kind Jimmy wears when he filets fish?) During their camping trip when the boat exploded...was the explosion that night or the next morning? I'm trying to figure out if Jimmy would've had time to set it up before meeting up with Abby or if it was the next morning, and he would've had an alibi of being with her overnight. I fully expected to see Malcolm stuffed into the furnace. Danny slugging Malcolm was a thank you moment. If the guests in the inn are quarantined, then how are so many of them running around the island? Abby, Trish, Henry, Malcolm.

That kind of changes my perspective on things, at least... I feel like as an actor it would be pretty damn difficult to not know if your character is the main murderer of the show or not. All this time I've been kind of analyzing everything Henry does, for example, since he's still my main suspect, but the guy who plays him didn't even know if Henry was the killer or not. Hmm.
