The first spike in airtime she gets, she is definitely dead. I hope Shane gets the boot soon too. He seemed so relevant in the first few episodes and has basically disappeared from the storyline completely.

Fat C.unt says, 'I can explain' or something, and Danny tries to punch him. They probably found the money. Cole, aka, Burned man: grabs Abby's arm. Dr. Ike has a covered body. JD is running away. Sheriff tells him not to run. Henry tackles JD, and JD says 'You are going to look stupid when I am locked up and someone gets killed.' Then it shows Madison and she gets locked in a room.

What was to be contaminated? With the nature of the incident it's not like he'd be looking at hairs & fibers. The main evidence would be on the weapon itself & it seems the deputy's hands were all over that chandelier.

Cal beats out Jimmy because I don't think anyone would really suspect him because he's so charming and nice. He wants a perfect wedding/proposal, and since he couldn't have his I think he's just out to ruin someone elses. I also think that episode where he was hanging from the tree is a red herring (more for the audience) as he could have easily untied himself, killed Lucy, then strung himself back up again. Plus, how long can somebody hang upside down before their CV system starts screwing up?

Either their function on this show is just for comic relief -- which is fine -- or they are deeply connected to the murders in a way we don't know yet. Frankly, they are now my two favorites on the show so that would be fine. They have cast these roles very well and their scenes in the bar were hysterical. If they were the killers, I would root for them.

Spoiler [+] Henry, Trish, Abby, Shea, Danny, Sully, Chloe, and Cal. They are all scene a little bruised and beaten in a dark room later on. Plus Chloe screaming on a dock with Cal holding her. Danny is lighting candles and Sully is in a grate or something. That means three of Maggie, Katherine, Malcom, Beth, Jimmy, Shane and Nikki die in the triple threat round. More than likely Shane, Nikki, and I'll go with Katherine/Maggie. Here's a theory. In the previews we saw somebody trying to snipe Chloe. . . .perhaps he knows she's the killer.
