I was planning on buying a digital camera before I went to Mexico this summer, but now I want one before I go to LA next month. I'm looking in the range of < $200, but want a decent one. Are any of you versed in digital cameras and/or have recommendations??? 
I really want that one, but it looks super cheap.

i used to have a really expensive one but one i couldn't figure that bitch out and of course i lost it so i bought a cheap $80.00 (it was on sale) digital
camera and i love it! the brand is polaroid. or is it kodak......
i bought it as a in between camera and i've had it forever now. sorry i am not versed in things digital camera. :-( wish i could help. |

in your price range this is a pretty good bang for your buck.

yes. definitely get one with image stabilizer. mine doesn't have that but i'm ok with it.

3X zoom is absolute garbage.
May as well make a pinhole camera out of a black box. Everyone with 3X zoom is a FUCKING LOSER. I'm in a bad mood. It's still true, though. |

Know anything about this? 
I found some little Top Ten Point and Click's of '08 on PCWorld and this was #1, above the one Bernard recommended. They technically got the same score but this one is cheaper so I guess that's why it's higher. |
