I've been saying for a while now that the F2 loser is going to be Taj, Erinn, or Sierra...and nothing has changed my mind about that. My best guess at this
point is Stephen over Sierra in the finals...but watch Sierra go home next week.

They sure did make a big deal about the EA for something that is falling apart.
Something struck me and now confuses me. When Stephen spoke at the voting booth, he said he was the zap of lightning zapping the person home. Instantly I said he won the game. I thought of the fact that the editors spliced in some fancy lightning effects after the show was over and after they heard what Stephen said at that vote. I also instantly thought for sure that Coach was a goner. Now I am confused because of Stephen's lightning quote and the lightning shown in Coach's scenes, yet Stephen voted for Brendan. Weird bit of psychological mindfucking on the producer's part. Great job on them! Now, the last thing you want to do is feed Coach's (and Tyson's) egos. They just did that. Now they both feel even more secure and arrogance is going to pour out even heavier than before. Sierra a goner? HELLZ NO!!! JT and Stephen were willing to cut down Brendan and will be even more willing to slice apart Coach and Tyson. Sierra and Erinn are GREAT recruits. Erinn is an outstanding replacement for Brendan in the newly fabricated alliance. They both make GREAT 4th and 5th wheels because they are so non-existent in terms of threats. Tyson-Coach-Deb think they have the power. They have none if Stephen and JT are smart and at least Stephen appears to be. I can't WAIT to see one of Coach/Tyson blindsided. That will be classic! |

Stephen wins, unless they're pulling a Marcus on us. JT is the biggest distraction ever, I'm not sure why people aren't seeing that.

Stephen looked great with his EI segment. Personal growth, great to see in a winner.
Sierra's gonna look great next week, granted she doesn't get voted out. Weak merge episode, but all winners aren't perfect. Hell, now's her chance to come into her own as a player. Perhaps the real story begins next week. Still don't think she has much of a shot, and she's definitely far, far below Stephen and JT, but I'm not gonna count her out just yet. What a depressing episode. |

My merge pick was JT, I'll see what happens when I rewatch since I wasn't that focused. Stephen looks good but
I'm getting haunting reminders of Cirie, for the near-UTR first episode and continuous TC visits giving complex confessionals (are they
giving him so many because he just has quality, clear confessionals since he's so educated--anything to help the editors out!) and just remember how I felt
about her supporters.

Who wins? Stephen? JT? Stephen? JT? Stephen? JT? I honestly still do not know and can see the editing supporting either one.
However, hopefully this episode shows that Erinn is out of it. I had no idea where Erinn stood as we went into the biggest vote of the season. All she said was that she had options, but she didn't play any role whatsoever in any of the strategy or final decisions. It was all JT, Stephen, Coach, and Brendan. There was PLENTY of stuff going on and she was likely in at least one of the loops, yet she was given nothing. I just can't imagine why she would be the winner, given this edit. |

Yeah, after all the "I love JT" talk this week, if JT wins, then why the fuck didn't you just announce him as the winner on day 1? |

HOLY SHIT! Weak ep. for Stephen but he is definitely still in the running. Great episode for JT, he is a contender again. They will try to make us think
otherwise, but Sierra will be eliminated next. I think Erinn flips to Jalapao at F7. Who knows?!?!

Ugh the editing in this episode just showed who is going to be the final two. I have a feeling it's going to be JT/Stephen. They both are getting the jury
connections they need for the final two. *yawn*

At least Erinn's confessional last week about voting out Brendan and Sierra has been half right...so far.

jedi, great catch on the lightning and Stephen having the confessional in the voting booth. Seems the winner should have one here -did JT?
Again, it could be the feel good final two and both are edited accordingly. If not, then production just loved JT and he gets the Kathy/Rupert/Colleen/Rudy/Lis treatment -makes sense. I'll have to revisit both Stephen and JT's edit and see where it's at. if Sierra had just a touch more confessionals in the past few episodes, I'd give more credence to Stephen winning with her in the final two. This season would have been really juicy if they had given Debbie,Erinn, and Sierra more confessionals to confuse us. |

This was definitely Part 2 of the merger and Part 1 of the Exile demise. After Stephen goes in Part 4, Erinn will be left with her nemises and win the game--guarenteed. I don't think we should leave Erinn out just yet, and should change the rules to the elimination of an alliance before we make our picks. |

BTW I think Erinn has 0 chance of winning, but I'm starting to root for her. I think it's hilarious that she is safe and will remain safe until likely
final 4 without ever having an alliance. It's sooo Vanuatu Eliza. If she did win (and I know she's not gonna) she'd be my favorite winner
ever.... surpassing even the wonderful Sandra.

Brendan was set up as the first one to go out of the exile alliance way back in like episode 4 by Stephen. The other 3 were not set up as being vulnerable, Taj
was but it was mostly being set up as a decoy boot for most of the Pre-merge game.
