...that you remember. And it doesn't help your point that you don't remember Jacquie's name or call Corinne, Colleen.
At the start, Marcus had a big "end game scene" regarding Ace. Marcus wanted to let Ace think he was the leader and would wait for the moment to take him down while Ace had Sugar's idol in his pocket. Add Corinne's comment that they couldn't let Ace make the merge and you did have "end game scenes" as you call them. Of course, that loose end was tied up when Fang got rid of Ace but, by then, I had already seen that what Marcus was lacking was doubt. Everything was too easy for Marcus.
Marcus also had "end game scenes" when they considered adding Bob in their alliance and later replaced him with Randy. Those scenes had no "in game" implications so it had to be for later. His comments comparing Randy and Susie had no "in game" implications either because Kota never had to decide between Randy and Susie.
And, in episodes #2, 3 and 4 of this season, Taj talked about her Exile Alliance and all those are still "end game scenes", not having been resolved yet. Brendan's "You're the best accomplice ever" also is still up in the air as is Taj trusting Stephen. No "end game"? Only if you choose to ignore them.
