Yes I must be that dense. Nobody close to me has ever had cancer before.You are very blessed PT and I hope it continues. That is becoming a rarety these days.
I remember reading/hearing (don't quote me completely) that Cancer rates are now 1 in 3 now and it is soon to be 1 in 2 with the upcoming generation. It used to be 1 in 33 sometime in the early 1900's?? Not sure so don't quote me. Cancer was much rarer even 60 years ago, they used to get student doctors to come around people dying of cancer because it was much more rare and also misunderstood. But when it happened, it would cause a roar within the hospital and they'd study the person like they were in a peetree dish.
It is so tragic that cancer is killing off so many people. It really is the silent plague of the modern world.
