BBUK is getting cancelled and BBUS is getting more and more popular (and better). I'd like to see BBUK do the BBUS format, but keep the public vote offs. Possibly having the veto voted on by the public so that public saves someone from eviction, then have the rest of the house vote out others.

BBUS totally rebounded when Grodner started rigging it for Janelle, Dick, etc. I think Lisa, Sree and intoxicated Dogface are entertaining but Karly and Kris are ruining the show.

I didn't watch last seasons F3 either BBUS needs to have more in there the last 10 days to keep the feeds alive or something as it really can suck at the end. Many have said put cameras in the jury house. Won't happen but it'd be awesome! Now when it starts and you have 4 feeds ( usually 2 and each mirrored ) but still you see two groups and usually you can 'side' with one of them and pick which you support. The shows do suck except for the DRs and even those are where BB asks them two questions about the same subject and shows the one they want the viewers to see. Like "how would you feel if X gets evicted this week" and then the same Q about "Y" and they show whatever answer that fits the edit which usually is not the reality of how that person feels about that person. Even the black girl in the house didn't care she said it but BB did. In addition BBUK doesn't allow very many "threats" of any kind nor did they allow talk about strategy. Lastly, any of the housemates know that any kind of fight they get into will lead to them being evicted (most of the time) which thus prevents them from engaging in arguments and screaming matches. How is the UK getting "real" people if they are limited to what they have to say and do? You aren't getting real people like you all think, its just people afraid to be themselves and putting on a show.

They are more strict after the whole Shilpa thing but that's not their fault, it's the public who complained to Offcom and basically tied their hands behind their backs. Now they can't see anything rupture that they shit their pants. The UK version is great the way it is, viewers voting and being a social experiment. It needs some tweaking and maybe some noms talk or something to spice it up once in a while but I say leave the basic recipe of the show the way it is. I remember around BB7 time, most people on here were like "zomg, it's the best BB in the world, I hate BBUS!" Now that it's a sinking ship, everyone is jumping boat and trashing it which is a shame because in it's high day, it was worlds better than BBUS and I still think it is. BBUS is just sooo repetitive with the tasks, the format, like Tiger said, especially towards the end, it's unwatchable. Plus, it doesn't help that the main BB board is full of the most annoying and vile posters on Sucks. I can hardly read half the threads on here. I'd rather watch BBUK die off than let it become a BBUS junior. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Once people are nominated you are almost pretty sure who's going home. At least BBUS still has that surprise factor and edge of your seat will they or won't they moments that BBUK lacks. In addition, who's to say BBUK isn't rigged to keep people in? Who's really going to dispute the end results or if a gambling company is having workers vote for a certain houseguest to raise thier profit.

My favorites are Karly and Rodrigo, but mostly for what I don't see from them over anything I do see. It's not a good sign when I like characters mainly by default, particularly this early. I can't stomach Sree. Never mind his insufferable interactions with Noirin, his argument, specifically the way he handled the situation, with Halfwit makes him even worse. Noirin is the ultimate game player. She is the only one to have a perfect nomination record at this point in that she's nominated the two people that have gone up each week. She is protected by the herd by loosely associating with them, but then manages to look good to the public by hanging out with the outsiders. Plus, she talks about "game play" more than anyone else, and each time says she's surprised to realize others are playing the game, as if she's innocent. She's just a good enough game player to know that the public doesn't respect game players, particularly female game players, so she acts like she's opposed to strategy when it actually influences her every action. I shudder when I see Marcus on the screen. Creeper!

He is delusional if he thinks anyone believes that he's starting to like Lisa. I hope he gets the boot before the tables are turned on Team Cool. It doesn't surprise me that Kris wants to get away from Dogface now. Someone on DS said it best: Dogface + alcohol = entertainment. Since Kris hates everyone who is even remotely entertaining, he is starting to hate Dogface. Of course, this potential breakup drama could also be completely fake. Noirin is so convincing! For a while I actually started believing that she wouldn't nominate with Team Cool this week. It's obvious Karly just wants to stay long enough to get her magazine deals. She claims she can't live with Freddie anymore. I hope she walks.

She and Grace were at least entertaining. Mikey and Imodium were horrible. I wonder if Grace and Mikey are still married.
