Harry also water-loaded but he had lost so much weight at home that he couldn't water-load enough to result in a gain. They never said they banned water-loading but they were the first to implement the "lose immunity if you gain weight" rule near the end of Season 1, which the US version implemented in Season 4.

But more importantly, why would anyone water-load before trying to win their way back on to the ranch? I'm inclined to think he just didn't work very hard at home.

Anyway, Harry ended up being the winner. Supposedly he waterloaded before the first weigh in, and then lost a lot of that during the week.

Now, everyone and their mama (literally) does it when they have immunity. They should probably find a way around it. Although it's pretty typical of fatties, they love to cut corners and try to make test the boundaries. So it's no shock that they do it on here.

I feel like, too, because of the schedule, we get to see more of what's going on day-to-day. I like the walk, and the consequences of it. I like the food warehouse. I like the trainers better, including the Commando. They seem more sincere. And it doesn't feel like the smallest things (like the weigh-in) are drawn out to five times the maximum time they should be devoting to it. Like the US version.

He'll definitely plateau in the next week or two, I think. If he's under the yellow line, he's gone. I hate to say it but I think it will happen this upcoming week. Everyone else under-achieved this week while gray over-achieved. I think that spells doom for gray. If they were standing next to green or light blue I think they might stand a chance of staying in. I also forgot how much more likeable all the contestants are on BLAus. I really like Gray, Dark Blue, Orange (mainly for Teresa), Yellow, and Purple (tablespoon of cottage cheese ownage.) I kind of like Red and Green, but if two teams were under the yellow line I would have to pick these two. I Can't stand Light Blue
