Oh, I get what you're saying, Fris. More power to them on however they want to live. I just wish it could be more fabulous.

Why aren't there lesbian communities where all the women are between 18 and 25, super hot, wear lingerie all day and for a nominal fee on Tuesdays they let
men gather behind a glass window like they have in zoo's and watch them do everyday lesbian things like pillow fights, nude yoga and face sitting?

I wonder if they receive a gated community in the afterlife.
Next to the Orange County housewives and above the Duggard estate. |

"where the founders of the Florida community, the Pagoda, relocated in 1997."
The Pagoda? Could it be the same place? My gf and I went to a lesbian community in Florida once for a vacation. I can't remember the exact name, but it might have been Pagoda. I don't think lesbians today can ever fathom what a struggle it was 40 years ago to be a lesbian and have to lie and hide it from the straight world. Being OUT today is sooooo much easier. |

That one woman has a big pussy-eating grin on her face.
It's sad that these women are so narrow-minded and judgmental. |

Wow. I am intrigued. I know where this is! It's very near my hometown, which I visit a few times a year. I knew there were a lot of "artists" up
there, but stupid me, I thought they were actually really artists.
It's really beautiful up there, if you like the nature thing. But it's too far from things I like, like coffee shops and liquor stores and hot roller derby girls. Looks like they barely have electricity there. I'd never want to live there, but it would be a nice getaway. I'm happy for them if they're happy, and it seems they are. More power to 'em. But they're never going to get younger women like me to move there. We aren't as invested in being lesbian as such a huge part of our identity, I think. It's important to me - it's a big part of who and what I am - but it's not so important that there's little room for anything else. I've never met a woman my age (30s) or younger who was into separatism, although at our most flustered, we might joke about it. Now, if someone can point me to the lesbian separatist community that's filled with hot roller derby girls, I will take back everything I just said. |

Let's see...
Generic sexist comments based on a stereotype ("Men are violent"), and a snarky e-mail regarding the presence of a 6-month old. I'm stunned that these delightful women are having trouble finding new recruits... |
