Cindy Crawford wasn't. Both were undeniably great supermodels. I don't think you HAVE to be transformational to be good at modeling. I don't agree that Fo's prospects as a short girl necessarily have anything to do with the fact that the next season is all short girls. It's very possible that Tyra and TPTB thought that Fo was so awesome that she deserved to win and that was why they decided to open it up to short girls.
