Samuel "Longshot" Anders First episode: Season 2, Ep 4 "Resistance" Revealed to be a Cylon in: Season 3, Ep 20 "Crossroads Pt 2" Anders was a sports star prior to the nuclear attack on the colonies that made humanity virtually extinct. He survived the attack and became the leader of the small resistance on Caprica until being found by Kara Thrace as she was on a mission searching for the Arrow of Apollo. He and Kara immediately started fucking, as one does when one has survived a holocaust. Kara had to leave him behind to return to the fleet with the Arrow but promises to return and rescue him. Anywho, he and his resistance cell were eventually rescued by Kara and eventually settled on NEW Caprica, which also eventually came under the control of the Cylons. Anders once again became a leader of the resistance only to escape yet again. Anders then became part of a small covert group called "the Circle" which served as judge, jury and executioner to potential Cylon collaborators. After killing like a dozen people he suddenly grew a conscious and quit the group. idk. w/e. After that he and his wife split up because she was a massive whore. But then she apparently died and he was sad So in honor of her, he enrolled in flight school and became a pilot (I assume since there are only 30-40k people left in the entire human race the training was somewhat abbreviated), which led to an encounter with a raider, which led to the entire Cylon civil war. Oh and then his wife showed up and she was alive. Yay? Finally, a special rendition of "All Along the Watchtower" somehow magically let Anders (and his new lover, cunt supreme Tory) know that he was, in fact, a Cylon =o Anders is an incredibly tedious hot good guy character who sadly cannot at all compare to already established, hotter good guys, Apollo and Helo. He, like all male Cylons, is virtually irrelevant. He only made this list because of his chest and the fact that he has the distinction of being the ONLY hot male Cylon. Cylons were originally just these big metal robots that rebelled against their creators and there was a war, but one day they just vanished into space. Fifty years later they came back and some of them looked human. 9. Gina Inviere (Six) Gina was a Six planted aboard the Pegasus before the attack on the colonies. She may or may not have been in love with the brutal Admiral Cain, but she was definitely having a lesbian affair with her. When she was exposed as a cylon, Cain imprisoned her, calling her a "thing". She was constantly tortured for information and gang raped by the members of the crew until she became catatonic She would eventually escape with the help of Dr. Baltar, who has a complicated history with the Sixes. Gina got her revenge on Cain after this amazing exchange: Cain: "Frak you." Gina: "You're not my type." Gina then shot Cain in the head at point blank range. SUCK ON THAT, BITCH. After escaping, Gina hid in the fleet amongst a group of cylon sympathizers. She was extremely depressed and emotionally scarred, her only desire was to die and not resurrect. Eventually she got her wish when she killed herself by blowing up the most luxurious ship in the fleet, the Cloud 9, with a nuclear warhead. The nuclear blast alerted the cylons to the location of New Caprica and the human fleet and inadvertently (?) led to the occupation of New Caprica. Gina's death was far enough away from a resurrection ship that she would not resurrect and could finally be at peace. RIP Gina Gina is an intensely tragic figure, so obvi I love her. She was so broken by the cruelty of man that she viewed her immortality as a curse. Interesting fact: Her last name means "resurrection" in Romanian or French or Pakistani or some shit. yw!

New Caprica was hidden inside a nebula and they couldn't be easily detected. The burst of radiation tipped them off. I personally believe she just had a flare for the dramatic, and also that she came to believe life was a curse. By killing the people on the Cloud 9 and, specifically, the people that helped her...I think she thought she was sparing them the pain of living.

Brother Cavil First episode: Season 2, Ep 19 "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part 1" Cavil was the first One to appear in the series. He posed as a priest in the Colonial clergy, which is ironic given that Ones are very forward about being atheist and not sharing the belief in the Cylon God like the Sixes, Eights and Twos. All Ones, and Cavil especially, seem sadistic, cynical and practical with a biting sense of humor. On New Caprica Cavil was in charge of detaining and torturing possible members of the human resistance. He is directly responsible for Saul Tigh losing his eye and his wife Ellen When Saul was in detention, Cavil would blackmail Ellen into doing sexual favors and giving information about the resistance in return for her husband's safety. When it was discovered that Ellen had collaborated with Cavil, Saul poisoned her as an act of mercy, figuring that the other resistance leaders would kill her in a more brutal fashion. Cavil's insensitivity and brutal nature caused the Cylon civil war in many ways. He pushed for the entire Three line to be boxed and supported and enacted the lobotomization of the Raiders, which ignited the violence among the Cylons. He became the leader of the Ones, Fours and Fives side of the civil war and also started a SUPER CREEPY sexual relationship with Boomer, an Eight, before he was finally, permanently murdered by a newly reborn Three after their resurrection hub had been destroyed. Yay! Cavil makes the top ten because he was an evil, twisted son of a bitch and so much fun. I cheered when he died. ^_^ He can't get higher than an eight, though, because he was a relatively simple character who didn't seem to be all that unique to his line.

Leoben Conoy (Two)* First episode: Miniseries Leoben is a Two and is the first humanoid cylon the fleet learns of. Twos are extremely religious (which means they're creepy yw) and see everything as part of God's plan. They tend to the Hybrid and listen to her, treating her as an oracle, whereas most of the other cylon models believe her to be a rambling machine with a broken mind. Leoben, and Twos in general, I guess, are obsessed with Kara "Starbuck" Thrace. Leoben first appears in the miniseries, where he and Adam become isolated and Adam uses mad detective skillz to figure out that Leoben isn't entirely human. Leoben is killed, but not before revealing that his persona and memories will just download into a new body and he can never be killed permanently. I have no idea why he would share this vital information with the enemy but w/e. Later, Leoben is arrested on a Geminon freighter and interrogated by Kara Thrace, where he reveals his line's obsession with her and how she has a special destiny blah. Kara grows to understand and sympathize with Leoben somewhat as they are both deeply religious. Awesomely, once Leoben has given all the information he's going to give, President Roslin has him airlocked. Kara: "He isn't afraid to die. He's just afraid his soul won't reach God." After his death, Kara prayed for his soul. I'm sure she later regretted that, because during the occupation of New Caprica Leoben forced Kara to live with him in a prison resembling a home. She was held captive there and forced to play house. Despite murdering him five times, Leoben kept resurrecting and coming back, driving Kara insane. He also convinced her they had a daughter named Kacey, which later turned out to be a lie. In the Cylon civil war, Leoben and the Twos sided with the Sixes and Eights, supporting the idea of integrating with the final five, allowing the Raiders and Centurions to reason for themselves and coming to peace with the humans. Leoben is a gigantic creepo and religious zealots are always scary, but I think he's fascinating. So intense <3
