this is really surprising. jordin is extremely well post-idol, a lot better then anyone predicted anyways ... i was never huge on her during idol, but i went out and saw her in concert because i really like her. shocking ... and she did sell really well considering how the industry is going lately ... so weird |

Again just to clarify she was dropped by her management, not her record label.
This would lead me to believe this isn't based on her sales or how well she's doing because she's still with Jive. It's obviously an issue of not wanting to manage her career anymore, for whatever reason. |

19 isn't Jordin's record label, they are/were her management company. Jive is Jordin's record label. |

I thought the way that AI was structured, 19E gets a % of Jordin's record earnings for pretty much her entire life anyway. It seems that every Idol gets
dropped by management (or changed) eventually.
