Really? I'm shocked. Her 3 singles have done exceptionally well and she has the highest selling Idol single with No Air. Her album is at like 950,000
sold and over a million shipped which would be platinum which isn't a huge success but considering how the music biz is, I'd say it's pretty good.
I didn't expect this one. Wow.

According to the first post she wasn't dropped by her record label though. She's with Jive. She's just been dropped by her management.

I don't really understand the whole thing, but she's still signed.

Jordin is not going anywhere. Its in her best interest to lose them at this stage anyway.

I wonder what Jordin was doing to piss them off to the point they cut her? Because I remember Kelly had to pretty much go to court to get rid of 19M.

Clay's lawyers got him out of that contract in march 2004 and Kelly used his lawyers to get out in early 2005. I think they are the only ones that fired
19M as their management.

Justin and Fantasia fired 'em, too. I think Fantasia fired them, came back, then fired them again.

Justin and Fantasia were dropped from 19, Fantasia twice.

Mantasia DIDN'T FIRE SHIT! HER MANAGERS WERE SO REPULSED BY HER GROTESQUE VOICE AND MALE APPEARANCE THAT THEY FINALLY HAD ENOUGH.

Robin, you're wrong. Justin fired 19, although amicably. They asked him to stay on even after RCA dropped him, and he's never said
a bad word about them (although he very justifiably could). Sorry to disappoint you. I'm not as up on Fantasia, but I thought I read that she left them..

bst, Justin and the others you named didn't have to hire lawyers to get the fuck rid of 19M. Therefore they either split by mutual consent or were dropped
whatever each individual case may be. Clay and Kelly needed lawyers and it was not a friendly or mutual parting of ways, 19M didn't want to let them go
which is the gaping wide difference between those 2 and the others. Oh and shove your Claymate comment up your ass.

That's not what your post implied. The circumstances weren't exactly the same, but your prompt asshole counter to my comment implied I lied, and 19 dropped them, like w/ Jordin. Not the case. You were being obnoxious. Why the hell do you care? I don't give a rat's ass about Clay's circumstance or whether or not the rumor is true that his record label dropped him.. He is of no interest to me. |

You're the one that brought up Justin, honey, and believe me when I tell you that nobody gives a rat's ass about him but you and foggy.
