A couple weeks ago after "Billie Jean", I visited over to the scary boards just to see for myself if they were shitting themselves over the fact that Cook was #1 on DialIdol. And they were. There was a thread really titled something like "David Cook is going to be a problem" I believe. And they were all atwitter and shit. Oh, One good thing about being a figure skating fan, is that all the great Canadian bands that I would have never known about living in the US, I have become very aware of over the years. I mean the Tragically Hip is my favorite band to work out to on my ipod.

I wonder if he knows more Canadian bands because he loves OLP and Big Wreck, he might have checked out more Canadian music. I actually think he'd do a Blue Rodeo song really nice too for a change from the harder rocker to something slower, more mellow. "Try" perhaps.
