It's hard to tell if Jason does or doesn't want to be there but he's never looked like he gave a damn. He could want it so bad but you'd never know which his demeanor.

Cookie should sing one of the U2 songs. Pride (In The Name of Love), I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For and Sunday Bloody Sunday are the choices. I'm kind of hoping he does a Prince song (When Doves Cry or Little Red Corvette) because he can do his own spin on it.

I would die if he sang a U2 one, I don't know if they've ever cleared a song for AI but they have for other versions so I hope they would. I'd want Cookie to do Sunday Bloody Sunday but I don't know how well that would work for AI, I'd also like him to do Without or Without You because that's one of my favourites, ISHFWILF would be good too or Beautiful Day. Actually I think he could do "Walk On" or "Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own." If he wanted to go for something that would be more energetic and upbeat he could do "Vertigo" or "Elevation" which along which also be more well known with the younger audience (which is a shame in a way) since Vertigo is off their newest album and Elevation is relatively new and was in one of the Tomb Raider movies. I need to stop picking U2 songs for Cookie though, you totally made my head spin with this one. I love U2 so much and there's so many of their songs I could see Cookie doing. I really don't know how many U2 songs tweens/teens these days know, how fucking sad would it be for him to do something off The Joshua Tree for example and them being like "zomg this song is like unknown, why is Cookie singing it."

Refusing to listen to Damien sing almost makes you dead.to.me. However I will give you a reprieve. Damien is amazing (and Irish btw so he loves U2 which is why he picked the song) and everyone should bow down to his talent. Perhaps you should listen to him sing something non-U2 first.

Hallelujah or Crying perhaps.

I really don't care what Cook does, he'll rock it either way.

As for Damien doing U2 that was the Top 12 night performance so the first performance of the finals, the other 2 are way later in the season. Damien just got better and better as the weeks went by.
