Oh and yes I want Cookie to win. As far as I know he wants to win. I read on IDF that members of his family said in interviews that he does want to win and that he himself has said he wants to win it. I hate the "I'm above AI" attitude (that Daughtry had) anyway so I'm glad Cookie doesn't have that attitude. |

I mentioned before why I want him to win...he's gonna get signed by Ent19 no matter what happens. I think his winning wouldn't be an embarrassing win by any stretch of the imagination. I think yes, there will always be those who look down on AI, but Kelly & Carrie are proof that winners don't have the stigma. And non-winners have done well too, and I'm sure Cook would do well if he didn't win. I may be naive in this instance, but I think for him in particular, winning wouldn't be a bad thing. |

I've already decided that I don't give a rat's ass if he wants to win or not. He's had plenty of opportunities to tank and hasn't taken
them yet. Besides, I've started voting again just because of him and I don't want it to be in vain because I'm selfish like that.
Anyway, I was just looking through my pictures trying to find some inspiration for another shitty photochop and I found this from 8 bit theater that I got a few years ago.

Really looking forward to what he might sing this week. So many choices and I hope he does something fun and upbeat. And something that they/we wouldn't
expect from him. Ever since I saw that spoiler very early on in the season of "White Wedding", I've wanted him to sing that. But it's not on
the list. Those people from EW's Idolatry said he should sing "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics. That would kick so much ass.

I think he'd put some kind of twist on it, not quite the extreme of Manson, but still something with a bit of an edge. Did you ever see Annie sing that
song live dressed like Elvis? Annie is a goddess.

Annie is indeed a goddess which is why I don't particularly care for Manson's version. She can fuck with her song as much as she wants, but anyone else
better back the fuck off. Really all she did there was replace the synths with guitars and put a bit more edge in the vocal.
(Really, I just don't want to hear it in 90's movie soundtrack form. I <3 Cookie, but fear he would do it. It has kinda become his schtick in the competition.) |

Well, I wouldn't mind hearing it. I didn't think about it, it was just that those people from EW suggested it. I have to look at that list more
closely and see what's on it. Cook needs to have at least one of the songs be catchy and upbeat. Something pretty well known too. I think "I'm
Alive" fell flat last week. I still don't understand why that is what they recorded, when the other performance was better.
