It is hard to conceptualize Clay as representing a more innocent, less seasoned performer than say an Allison or a Kris. And I can't imagine anyone of the
current top 13 EXCEPT Gokey coming back to AI for the finale unannounced, and after dumping and dissing 19E Management, and expecting star treatment!! He has
to be more seasoned, even if he is arrogant, to know that his people should have called Fuller's people and played suck up. I hope he's a better father
than he is an arrogant celebratard!

Still love Adam and I'm amazed that the haters seem to love coming here and being ass wipes. Get over it, we are. I'm disappointed but sheesh get a
fucking clue. I've been busy working out in my yard a great way to forget about this loss.
I know Adam will be very successful and I helped vote Kris into the finals so I can't be a bitter betty but some of the haters (Clay included) can't seem to help but spew their negative shit makes them feel self important. I loved seeing Queen on the show. Not much of a Kiss fan but Adam did well with them. I'm going to miss seeing Adam and can't wait for BB to start. Memorial Day Weekend Adam love. |

That is what the shit stirrers who come here have conveniently forgotten: many of us voted for Kris the week before to get him into the finale and to get rid
of Gokey. I split my votes that week. And while I would have preferred Adam to have won, I still would rather have had Kris beat Adam than to have had Gokey in
the final 2. I would have loved to have had Adam, Allison and Kris be the final 3 for that matter and would have been okay if Allison had beaten Adam. I
support all 3. I just felt more entertained and excited by Adam and then by Allison than by Kris, up to Heartless.

and yes, I voted my ass off for Kris to get into the finale, how can I be bitter that he won? Anyone winning other than Gokey was the goal! I think most of Clay's comments are pretty close to on the money. Though, it's a shame he didn't see Mad World or Tracks of My @#!$% to better
judge Adam. RoF was a hate it or love it and no inbetween kind of performance for Adam. I'm betting Clay would have enjoyed the other two much more as they
were very pretty, musical and technically brilliant. I also wish he would have watched more of Adam not singing...he'd see that Adam came across as just as
humble and sweet and likable as Kris...except he wears "scary" guyliner and crazy clothes.
That said, I feel bad that it's a round-about slam on Kris...that he won because people were against Adam because of the pimping. Which, is probably somewhat true, but it's not fair to Kris that people keep pointing it out. Though, Clay can be a pissy little bitch...one of the things I enjoy about him.

Post-finale Adam love - will miss seeing him on a regular basis. Most talented AI contestant ever (for me personally).
I was disappointed in the outcome, but it is what it is. Congratulations to Kris, and looking forward to seeing this year's live cheesefest in Hamilton come August. |

Its obvious Danny's voters all went to Kris and thats why Kris won. Had you people simply done as I asked you and thrown a few votes Allison's way
during top 4 Danny would have went home then, his voters would have split between Kris and Allison, and Adam might have actually won.

Adam gave his fans something to look forward to every week. No matter what, we knew we'd here a well-staged, fabulous & professionally arranged version of a song and be entertained. I'll miss that but the show is on the West Coast early July so I'll report on how that goes. If his album turns out as interesting as his perforamances, he has enough global fans waiting for it to have a massive sales out of the gate. Again, thanks for the links to articles and online video I would have missed if not for this thread and I'll keep checking in for news and online video links. *edit* I thought Kris was adorable on Leno last night and he had me when he said he played the viola all through high school. How can you not love this kid? |
