With regard to whether the construction site actually is the Swan station, my feeling is that yes, it is. If you have referred to the site as "the Swan" elsewhere in the quiz, then logically it is still the Swan. Technically, it may not be a "station" yet, but I'd say the spirit of choice E allows for the site of a future station to be included. At any rate, if you went into the episode's thread and said "I missed the last five minutes...where did the last scene take place?" everyone would say "at the Swan".

With regard to whether the last scene took place outside or inside, that's a tougher question of semantics. Are you "inside" if you're at the bottom of a deep hole? Yes, you are, in the same way that you'd be "inside" if you were in a cave. A hole is essentially a cave. M-W.com defines "inside" as "an interior or internal part or place; the part within." That fits Juliet's hole. Add to this the assumption that the site is "the Swan", and the average person would indeed describe Juliet as being "in the Swan". However, there's a catch here: the question is about the final scene, and the final scene includes not just Juliet's heroics but also the chaos with Jack, Kate and Sawyer above ground. They're undeniably "outside", aren't they.

Personally, I don't think the inside/outside question is relevant to the spirit of this quiz. If I absolutely had to choose one of the above choices I'd go with E - Inside a Dharma station.

It's a tradition of splinterverse fantasy games that the quizmaster is allowed to make arbitrary decisions that not everyone will like. FOB did it, Snewser did it, Lord knows surviiivor did it. So whoever is in charge of this thing should feel perfectly free to choose whichever result they wish and to hell with anyone who disagrees with you. Or, if you can't all agree on the best interpretation of this question, it might be best to strike the question entirely.
