"Take Jack's command and shove it." Sounds like a command to me.
Or, I say, "take it easy" (as in the Eagles/Jackson Browne song). More a figure of speech than a command. But then I say, "take your hands off her." Yeah, that's a command. So "take it easy on her" appears to me to be more command than not.
What's the burden of proof we're applying here? More likely than not or beyond a reasonable doubt? If the former, we have a command.
