When I was about 9 or 10 they played "The Creature From the Black Lagoon" in 3-D on TV(I think the glasses were in the newspaper or on packs of Pepsi
or something). I remeber watching it in my parents bedroom while they were downstairs. My glasses ripped and I was huddled in the middle of the bed trying to
hold my glasses on while simultaneously trying to hold a stuffed animal in front of my face. Yeah, I was a dork.
One of the horror scenes that always freaks me out is when Craig T. Nelson rips his face off in the bathroom in Poltergeist.
Recently, there was an episode of "Sons of Anarchy" where they blow-torched a guy's back because they had thrown him out of the gang but he didn't remove his full-back-sized gang tatoo. I had to hold my ears during it and it still haunts me.
