Jensen Ackles is good eye candy as well but quite horrible actor.  He happens to be one of the best television actors currently
working. Can you fault him for not turning a pile of stinking shit into gold? :-\
He pulled off "broken/disturbed nice guy" off as well as he was supposed to. If you want to see his actual acting chops, watch SPN. |

Dear lord you are obsessed. Ackles is good but not big screen ready. No harm in that. That doesn't change the fact that he is perfectly ready for any role he is given. He's the only actor on television right now who elevated the character they are playing to something more than what the writer's originally intended them to be. That takes acting chops. He's far more than a pretty face. |

Oh don't get me wrong! He is awesome in SPN. I absolutely adore him. I just wish he could step out of that genre and into a comedy. He has amazing comedic

Oh! Oh! It's nearly impossible to find unless you have a R2 (I think) DVD player, but try finding Ten Inch Hero. He plays a mostly comedic character and
does a great job with it.
My personal theory is that he'll make the transition to a big network TV show like David Boreanaz did and get more attention, as an actor, then. |

Yes, it's getting a theatrical release. And the other three movies weren't horrible. I mean, how good can a teenage horror movie made in the last ten
years be? What standard do they have to live up to? Besides, no one goes to see an FD movie expecting a cinematic masterpiece. It's all about the

The third one was a pile of giraffe shit.
I had two premonition death sequences mapped out. One was on a cruise ship, the other at a public pool. I bet both of them will be better than all of FD4. |
