Honestly, I don't think it's such a bad strategy. If he is indeed strong and surrounds himself with other strong people, it's harder for his
alliance to turn on him at the merge. Look at Ozzy and James in Micronesia.... had they gone with the strongest players, they would have HAD to stick together,
but by merge they were useless to Cirie and Parv and done away with.

thing. His tone suggests that this is some grand crusade to reward the "strong people," though, and that just gets instant hate from me.

I hope he doesn't go for a strong people alliance. Pretty much the worst thing you can do in Survivor. It's all about numbers, and you get the numbers
from keeping the worst of the worst desperate to be on your side.

It's all about numbers, and you get the numbers from keeping the worst of the worst desperate to be on your side.That's true to an extent, but you have to make sure that the "worst of the worst" don't gang up on you and take you out. That's why it's not a bad strategy to have one or two strong (but dumb) people around. They won't think far enough ahead to get rid of you, but if the weaker people do gang up, they'll be taken out first, giving you time to reassess. |

going to pick off based on strength or weakness ;)
