Yeah, I'm thinking the red tribe is Jalapao, to promote the actual area where they're filming.

I love how every season, Probst says "One of the most *insert random adjective" places on Earth"

Red tribe name has -PAD- as a name. Can't quite make it out.

The more I think about it, I'm kind of glad they didn't cram a lot of twists and gimmicks into the preview. Just focus on the location itself.
Although I'm sure there will be twists and gimmicks in the actual season. |

There's a nice shot of TC late in the video, looks like a Marquesas-esque thatched hut.
And with the contestant shots, I think I see a woman who has socks that don't match: one red, one yellow. |

Does anybody else think the girl coming through the water is Michelle Tesauro? Can we get a darkened cap of that? And then there's a water wrestling
challenge with a girl in a Timbira buff attacking a brunette girl in a red bathing suit.

Whoops, looks like the socks belong to two separate people.

As CSC said before, the red tribe name must be Jalapao. The letter after the second A is far too wide to be anything other than O, Q or at a stretch, D.

Doesn't this location look a lot like the OUTBACK??? I am really excited!!! That scene of the tribe flag being rained upon looks like something we would
have seen in season 2!!!
Cant wait... |

survivorjordancontestant wrote:Okay, firstly, in the Fiji preview they massively hyped the Dreamz-Yau deal as 'The most controversial decision... ever!". How did that suck balls? Secondly, this preview was all about the location: unforgiving desert, wild animals and a river oasis. Perhaps it wasn't in-your-face exciting but it fits your general criteria. |

Sounds like toe'-can-cheens is the official Probst pronunciation.

I'm not usually a mactor hater, but I swear, if there is another Sugar type this season... I hope they get a bunch of people who want to make it to the end
and make moves that are in their best interest.

Jeff has said in his blog Survivor Tocantins is going to be very different to Gabon: Lots of likeable people, game played differently. He thinks we will like
it :)
