Perhaps they realise that this will be a great season, so they don't need to hype it up to attract viewers.

See you in February." On the other hand, Jeff didn't hype up Gabon at all and it turned out to be one of my favorite seasons ever. So I don't put much stock on pre-season hype anymore.

So the fact that even teh preview for tocantins had nothing going for it, not even an interesting location, doesn;t bode so well.

Some of the most exciting previews came from Marquesas, Pearl Islands and China, and look how everybody ranks those seasons...not to mention those previews did not focus on any major twists but rather on the theme (no food/water/fire for the first time! Pirates!!!)or location (back-to-the-beach! China!) of the season
