Bummer on Debbie's shoes, hopefully they let them have their sneakers before making them walk. (As best I can tell, folks have reasonable footgear by the challenge.)
Same goes for JT - hiking in cowboy boots won't do anything for his feet.

I LUV TIJUANA wrote: I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. A potential Ben vs. Tyson power struggle conflict is similar to the Joe Don vs. John power struggle in the first episode of Pirate Master. Tyson reminds me of John and Ben is sanctimonious like Joe Don was. There are several religious Christian contestants on this season and someone like Tyson who plans on being calculating, manipulative, rebellious and arrogant from the start may not be well received.

Ugh, that would be fantastic. One can hope. It's definitely between Candace and Tyson in my mind for that tribe. Both appear to be fairly strong though. I
wonder if we're going to have a red team domination? It's kinda possible. Sandy may not be as weak as perceived either, which might help her out come
their first tribal council as long as she gets the social aspect down.

I dunno... Looks like the first challenge is mostly racing, if they lose, would they be willing to boot a racer? (Would Ben be nimble enough to already abandon
his alliance-of-the-strong strategy?) Sierra and Erinn, I think we decided, are the non-racing team members, which should give Candace ample opportunity to be
the "weak" racer.
I'm sticking with Sierra for the initial, fake, vote out, and Candace for the boot. |

Over at SurvivorFever, she has new vid-caps of Survivor and a new transcript...
Here is what it says: From the SurvivorFever web-site... Transcript: NFL Announcer: Before the game begins two people will be voted off the island but an even bigger surprise awaits them on the season premiere
of Survivor.

I'm having trouble believing that is really the first boot, but if it is that would be AMAZING.

Well, Ben and Jerry (carrying their ice cream, obviously) make the journey to camp per new promo pics. So they get past the first impressions fake boot (no
surprise).
Actually, this might bode well for Jerry, as Ben is looking like for strong physical partners in an alliance. I can see them bonding during their trek. Hmmm, maybe we will have the 'ice cream' alliance after all. Deb making the first journey to camp:
And Sandy does not look happy about something (no surprise here)
From the clip: Jeff: Points to someone... "Yo, stop talking!" Oh ya gotta know that is Sandy talking, and she is pissing JP off.. I LOVE HER NOW!! ha!

I think Sandy's just shocked at the twist, s'all....

Wow, the twists are interesting this season... So the "voted off" gets helicoptered in (4 hours before the others arrive) and has the choice to
either start building the shelter to make a better impression or look for the hidden immunity idol. The winning tribe sends someone to exile island, and the
exilee picks one from the winning tribe to join them. One person gets a clue to the idol, the other gets nothing, but theres NO idol on exile. Each person gets
to decide if they want to return to THEIR tribe or go to the opposing tribe and essentially "jump ship." This could be interesting.

Yes, it was stated by Jeff in the TV Guide preview. Those are the pre-merge twists.
