Spencer even goes to the same fucking school as me. No mutual friends on Facebook (besides my RA from last semester), but he's involved in CRU, so I'm sure I know people who know him. That fucker completely stole my spot. He better do damn well so I can use him as precedent that looks good casting-wise. And at least he's gay. That helps me fill a different role, at least. ETA: Not CRU, it turns out. Crew team. The boat-racing one, or something. Quite different. Shit. I'll just have to attend a canoe-racing meeting, then. "Hey, I'm interested in that nice-looking kayak over there! Yeah, I really love racing on - Wait, are you that guy from the Survivor season that hasn't even premiered yet? Fancy meeting you here! Mind getting me on the show? kthx."
