FINE. Hurley gets sucked into a toilet. Think Trainspotting. Sawyer time jumps and leaves a Medusa spider in Casey Anthony's jail cell. (ok, that was
tacky)
But really you guys have been under a rock if you don't know season 5 is about the 6ers trying to get back to the island. And what you've figured with
excitement or dread - whatever the case may be - Time travel. Ugh.
Since many episodes may be multi-centric - I'd expect a non-linear format within episodes. Think Ji Yeon. I don't think
it'll so much about "trickery" this time. Instead of "wtf just happened" 10 times each week, it'll be "wtf was that and
when did that happen???
Makes me wanna start screaming NOW.

Multi centric sounds interesting. So since Ji Yeon is referenced I wonder if they will have a flashback and a flashforward in some episodes, but maybe with each one being about different people? That would be kinda cool...but yeah could be confusing. Personally, I find I enjoy Lost the most when I am left with a "wtf just happened?" feeling at the end of the episode. I usually just grin and start right over at the beginning and watch it again :) |

This is going to be so weird watching the show not having any clue what is about to come<g>. I'm all set to watch tonight and get back in the
groove. I need this reminder of what's even going on.

Spoil free is a good place to be. It's a bit of a challenge but it's always been worth it to me. I love having those "wtf" moments too.
That to me is Lost at it's best.

Spoiler people have wtf moments. We're not excluded because we know some stuff that's gonna happen.
pussycow - I mentioned Ji Yeon because of two storylines within one episode that are not running parallel. S5 episodes won't be linear within the episode. Let's say we see Jack & Ben, Sawyer, Desmond, and Sun in one eppy. All four stories could be at 4 different times. One could be present day, two could be (pfft) in the past (past meaning umm Dharma time or some point before Ben and Jack meet up at Locke's funeral - I'm pulling times outta my ass), one could be 6 months from now. I think flashbacks and forwards as we know them will be few and far between, but what's going on IN the episode is not all happening at the same time. One of the mysteries used to be putting flashbacks and flashforwards in chronological order. I thought S5 would be linear as far as island time and off island time, but don't think it's gonna be quite that simple. |

Just make sure you have a constant cindi. Time travel + ass eating is sure to cause some problems in the space-time continuum.

It's interesting that in one of the commercials for the new season we see Sawyer and Faraday arguing. I was wondering what was gonna happen with the people
on the raft since they were on their way to the freighter. I guess they got moved with the island.
Or I guess they could have turned back when they saw the freighter blow up |

hi everyone...its good to be back, so exciting that our premiere is only one week away, I am watching the enhanced epis now and the pop ups are emphasizing
important things to remember, I forgot how much I like these.... I forgot that Kate dreams Claire tells her not to bring Aaron back to the isle. After the
copter crash Jack and then doesn't believe the isle moved. Then he remembers he has to lie. the Des Pen moment is so nice.....

Hi terpsy! WB! I just watched the S4 finale too. I think I know so much about Lost and then see the enhanced version and umm.. I forget a lot of shit. ;)

Not sure there's any "context" that can change the fight scene. Anyway, Hurley wasn't too bright with the gun and stuff.
