Indy shooting Arab swordsman for the win.
A gimmick they attempted in each sequel, to varying degrees of lameness. I would have chosen waiting till the bald german got sliced by the propellers

Is anyone keeping score? Anyone? Bueller?

Hwamf's entirely subjective ratings of various series' movies...and an overall rating for the series. These are in no particular order. What, me
work?

I liked X-Men 2 better than the first one. Looks like a lot
of the series ended badly...guessing hwamf isn't a Star Trek fan. |

MAD MAX!
Thunderdome is my favo movie ever. I like Road Warrior as well, so Mad Max would be my least favorite of the 3. These are some of the best post-apocalyptic movies ever made. |

I started hearing white noise after reading Thunderdome was your favo movie ever...

yes, swm. I also did a book report on "Helter Skelter" in 5th grade, and "Alive" in 6th. heh. Explains even more, huh? :) Perhaps I shouldn't even admit to front row seats to see "Tron" when it came out. Thunderdome was my least favorite of the Mad Max movies, because other than the song, it largely sucked. I just watched Crystal Skull this weekend with my son, which prompted this question. (Crystal skull also largely sucked) Indy has connery though, that's a huge mark in the plus column. hmmm... I think I'll go with indiana jones. :) thanks for everyone's weighing ins. |

oh.. that first post should say that I saw road warior, then raiders of the lost ark in theaters.
I was feeling redundant last night. :) |

Book reports on "Helter Skelter" and "Alive", huh? Guess your guidance teacher dropped the ball. There is a sequel to Tron coming out...

Indy was the better series, for Short Round alone.

"No time for love, Dr. Jones!" I'm not a big kid sidekick fan...except for Robin, of course. The Feral Kid > Short Round. Apologies.

would you consider the Star Trek movies a series?
no one's mentioned them - I don't think they're that good, but surely someone does or they wouldn't keep making them |

I did in post #26. Don't worry...no one else reads what I write, either. The Trek series was famous for its "Only the even numbered ones are
good" movies. I've only heard good things about the 2009 Trek film.
