Most every family has some deep, dark secret worthy of a soap opera story arc. Let's hear them!!!
I know a few from my family. There's probably more, but my extended family is batshit insane and I avoid them at all costs.
These have all occurred in the past 50 years:
My grandfather's first wife was murdered during a very violent time
in their country. She was pushed off a balconey by a group of thugs.
The same grandfather disowned one of his daughters over an interracial
marriage.
A female first cousin of mine was murdered by her husband in a
murder-suicide. She was poisoned.
One of my male second cousins was caught with a grody to the
max prostitute by his wife. He was being serviced in his wife's minivan and the dumbass was parked in his own driveway!!! They're still married, but
the wife got a little revenge on my cousin (who is a real estate agent) by defacing all of his huge park bench and bus shelter ads.
I don't remember how this girl is related to me, but
she's the same age as me and got pregnant in her teens. She was hidden away for awhile and her family tells everyone that the girl's kid is her little
brother. I just know one of my loudmouth aunts is going to spill the beans to the kid one day.
